Scientific exhibitions

The Long Term Ecological Research project "The Floodplain of the Upper Paraná River"; has been carrying out, annually, together with the PEA, scientific exhibitions, since 2014. The aim of this activity is to bring the University closer to society. In these events, the knowledge generated within the Institution is passed on to different segments of society, interconnected with the Paraná River region. Thus, it expands the opportunity for discussion and criticism, which only education provides through teaching, research and extension. The exhibitions take place in the municipality of Puerto Rico (PR) and in the Ilhas e Várzeas State Park Conservation Unit on the Ivinheima River (MS).
